Resetting your Mavis Beacon web account password
If the password reset page doesn’t recognize your email address, or a re-download says your license key is already activated, don’t keep retrying the self-service form — contact support directly with your order number. Password and account lookups for the web platform are handled by our team directly rather than through the automated reset flow, and we can typically resolve it same-day.
