Toolbox Icon:

Draws a line tangent to two circles, two arcs, or an arc and a circle. There are four possible lines that can be drawn tangent to any two circles. The command draws a line closest to the two points that you set in the command.

Point 1: Point on or near the first circle.

Point 2: Point on or near the second circle
