Horizontal Constraint

This constraint fixes a line orientation, relative to the current view, to either 0 or 180 degrees, depending on which direction the line is drawn at. In the example below, the horizontally constrained line is viewed from an Isometric viewpoint. In this example, the line is drawn from left-to-right, producing a horizontal angle of 0°. A line drawn from right-to-left produces an angle of 180°.
