A Rectangular Grid provides a series of vertical and horizontal lines with major and minor divisions. In the example below, a rectangular grid of 10 with sub-divisions of 5 is shown.

The Grid snap mode works by attaching the cursor onto each grid intersection, providing the Grid snap is enabled, shown below.

The grid is responsive to both the zoom and pan tools.
