Orthographic Views | Top, Right Side

By right-clicking in the editor and selecting View | Top, or View | Right Side, the view of the part will be shown relative to the axis, shown in the illustrations below.

In the illustration below left a Top view is shown; in the illustration below right, a Right Side view is shown.

Use the Zoom All tool if the parts do not appear centered in the editor.

Isometric View

An isometric view, where the lines and planes of the objects are parallel to each other is shown by right-clicking in the editor and selecting View | Isometric.

In the example below, an isometric view is shown of the part.

Dynamic Pan

The parts can be panned around the editor dynamically by selecting the Dynamic Pan tool. This allows the mouse to control the movement of the display by holding down the keyboard SPACEBAR and moving the mouse in the required direction.

To activate this tool mid command or at any time during the design process, hold down the keyboard SPACEBAR and move the display dynamically.

Dynamic Rotate

This visual tool revolves the sketch or model by revolving the view about a default axis.

A new locus for the view can be created using the ALT keyboard key.

By double-clicking onto the Dynamic Rotate tool, the view will rotate continuously. The rotating motion can be stopped by left-clicking the editor.

The Dynamic Rotate tool is also activated using the mouse wheel and moving the mouse.
