Draw | Solid from Curves | Pipe
This tool creates a solid or hollow pipe using a straight or curved line.
An inside diameter of 0 creates a solid pipe.

The line which was drawn as an axis connecting the centers of parts 1 and 2 is shown below.

Line draw as axis to connect part 2 centers

This line will now be ‘rolled’ into a pipe in order to create a solid cylindrical shape. The pipe diameter is 16.

Make sure the layer for Part 5_Model is activated as the current layer.

Use the Hide tool to temporarily hide Parts 3 and 4 so that only Parts 1 and 2 remain in the editor, shown below. Make sure the axis line is visible.

Select the Pipe tool from the toolbar or use Draw > Solid from Curves > Pipe.

Parts 3 and 5 hidden

TAB to the Outside Diameter edit field and input 16. The Inside Diameter is 0 in order to create a solid cylindrical shape.

Select the line which was drawn as the axis. The result is shown below.
