This feature allows menus to be customized by adding a command to the context menumenus which are accessed using the right click button or by applying a keyboard shortcut key to a tool.

A new menu of customized commands can also be created.

This allows the user to create a range of customized commands for frequently used tools.

In this example, the command to Flip the view of the current view will be applied to the shortcut menu. A shortcut key SHIFT-F will be applied to this command.

Select File > Shortcut and scroll down the Category section to find the View command, shown below.

Scroll to Flip View in the Command section, shown below.

Click onto Assign to Popup shown by the arrow above.

 

Assigning a Shortcut Key

The shortcut key SHIFT F will be assigned to this key. Click into the Shortcut key box and input SHIFT F, shown below. Click onto the Assign Key button, shown highlighted below, then click OK.

To use this command, view the model in an isometric view, the right click. The newly created shortcut is shown highlighted below.
