The Thermostat tool is used to add a thermostat to your design for temperature control planning. A thermostat is the wall-mounted device that controls your heating and cooling system. In real homes, it is usually placed on an interior wall in a central area, such as a hallway or living room, where it can accurately measure room temperature. In the software, this tool helps you choose a practical and realistic location.

To use the Thermostat tool, go to the Electrical tab in the main toolbar and select it. Move your cursor to the wall where you want to install the thermostat, then drag along the wall to place it.

The thermostat will automatically appear at a default height, similar to standard installation in a real home. If needed, you can adjust its height using the Elevation bar after placing it. You can also check its position in the 3D view to make sure it looks correctly placed in the room.
