The Patio tool is used to create custom patio areas in your landscape design. For example, you can use it to design an outdoor sitting area, a backyard entertainment space, or a paved section for outdoor furniture. The tool allows you to create patios in any shape, giving you flexibility to match the layout of your home and yard. This makes it easy to design both simple rectangular patios and more detailed custom shapes.

To use the Patio tool, go to the Landscape tab in the main toolbar and select it. Before placing the patio, you can choose your preferred draw method from the Properties panel to control how the shape will be created. Then click in the drawing area to set the starting point and continue clicking to outline the patio shape. Right-click to finish drawing. You can also adjust the patio thickness in the Properties panel either before or after placing it.

After placing the patio, you can modify its size and shape by dragging its corner points in the 2D view. In the 3D view, you can apply different materials such as concrete, stone, brick, or tile to match your design style. The Patio tool makes it simple to create functional and visually appealing outdoor living spaces in your landscape plan.
