The Flood Light tool is used to add outdoor flood lights to your design. A flood light is a strong exterior light that spreads brightness over a wide area. In real homes, flood lights are often installed on outside walls to light up driveways, gardens, garages, or entryways. In the software, this tool helps you place exterior lighting and preview how the light will look around the building.

To use the Flood Light tool, go to the Electrical tab in the main toolbar and select it. Move your cursor to an exterior wall and drag along the wall where you want to place the light. The flood light will attach to the wall automatically. After placing it, open the Properties bar to adjust settings such as brightness (how strong the light is), radius (how far the light spreads), and color. You can then switch to preview mode or photo-realistic render mode to see how the lighting affects the outdoor area in a more realistic view.
