The Hose Bib tool is used to add an outdoor water connection to your design. A hose bib is the small faucet installed on an exterior wall where you can attach a garden hose. For example, you might place one in the backyard for watering plants or near the driveway for washing a car.

Adding it to your plan helps you decide the most practical and convenient location for outdoor water use.

To use the Hose Bib tool, go to the Plumbing tab in the main toolbar and select it. Then move your cursor to an exterior wall in the drawing area and drag along the wall to place the hose bib where you want it. The hose bib will automatically be set at a default height, but you can adjust this using the Elevation bar if needed. You can also fine-tune its exact position by dragging it slightly with your mouse or using the arrow keys on your keyboard for small adjustments.
