The Water Heater tool is used to add a water heater to your home design. A water heater is usually placed in a utility room, basement, garage, or service area to supply hot water to bathrooms and kitchens. Adding it to your plan helps you organize these spaces properly and make sure there is enough room around the unit for installation and maintenance.

To use the Water Heater tool, go to the Plumbing tab in the main toolbar and select it. Then click in the drawing area to place the water heater. By default, it will be placed on the floor of your current level. You can choose different styles from the Properties tab either before or after placing it. If needed, use the Elevation bar to raise it, or drag it and use the arrow keys to fine- tune its position. You can also change its colors and materials and check how it looks in the 3D view to make sure it fits well in your design.
